BOMA Toronto Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Program is a $60 million fund to incent building owners and tenants to conduct electricity conservation projects within their real estate.
We are offering easily accessible cash incentives to commercial, warehouse, retail, hospitality owners and tenants to reduce electricity in the City of Toronto (the 416 region). Qualified electricity conservation retrofits include: lighting, sub-metering, motors, chillers, HVAC, windows, insulation, building automation systems and many others for buildings over twenty five thousand square feet.
Use our Energy Conservation Assessment Program (ECAP) to identify electricity conservation opportunities in your building. A funding of $5,500 per building is available to have such assessment done.
