Go Green Plus Assessment Tool is part of the CDM Program, however building certification is not required to participate in the program.
STEP 1: REGISTRATION TO GO GREEN PLUS ASSESMENT TOOL
Once you have registered and payment has been received by the BOMA Toronto office you will be notified via
email to proceed to STEP 2.
STEP 2: GO GREEN PLUS ASSESSMENT TOOL QUESTIONNAIRE
In order to complete your questionnaire you would have had to receive a email from BOMA Toronto with your
login name. Once you have completed this questionnaire and you have submitted all your results, the CDM Program
will be notified. Please ensure that after completing each page you click the "update" button. The "update"
button is also the save button and saves all the information up to that point, so if you are unable to
complete the questionnaire in one sitting your information will be saved for when you return.

1 | Click Contact us and indicate that you would like to apply to the CDM Program. Complete the CDM application form on-line. |

2 | When we accept your application, the Participant Agreement is executed. |
 |
3 | Our Project Evaluator (PE) will visit your site to verify the project measure(s) eligibility. |
 |
4 | Once you receive the Notice of Approval to Install, construction can commence. |
 |
5 | As soon as the project is completed, our PE will revisit the project site to measure and verify the electricity savings, and will complete the final evaluation report. |
 |
6 | Once our Project Completion Report is finalized you will receive your incentive payment within 30 business days. |
